Repositioning NHS Direct

The development of a new brand expression for NHS Direct to clarify the accessibility of their service through digital channels and what patients should expect.

Whilst working at Thompson we designed a solution that positioned it clearly within the NHS brand whilst expressing a positive identity of their own.

We created simple and engaging balloon device to visually represent the omnipresent 24/7 offer of NHS Direct services.

The repositioning was a success, with post campaign research proving awareness was up over 75%.
