In 2016, HCA launched a new £3bn Home Building Fund with the aim of providing financial support for new housing projects across England.

To ensure the success of the new fund it required a clear and accessible brand to raise its profile with small and medium-sized house building companies.

In response, we created a distinctive and modern brand which was used across a range of materials to assist with the initial launch and subsequent marketing activity.
