The Cabinet Manual
The formation of the Coalition in 2010 highlighted a lack of defined protocol for politicians and the Civil Service to refer to when creating joint administrations. In response to this the head of the Civil Service wrote a document for all ministers for future reference.
The publications design needed to reflect its contents gravitas using a minimal budget. This was achieved through a classic design complemented by considered production values.
